EGR & DPF DELETE
I have seen several dealers here in TN that are advertising deleted trucks. They all say that the truck was deleted prior to there ownership. I have a track loader with emissions. My DPF went out on it and it cost my $3k just for parts and another $1200 for labor. I just don’t want the same issues. Sorry for starting a sore topic. I want thinking about how strict other states were on this. Tennessee just announced that 5 other counties were stopping emissions in 2022.

Thanks guys. I'm in Tennessee but my county doesn't require emissions testing. Can anyone suggest a tuner to delete the software?

Hey guys, I recently bought a 2008 Dodge 3500 6.7 4x4 6 speed. The truck is bone stock with 158k. Just wondering your thoughts on deleting and tuning the truck. I have done a little research and I'm not sure if I can even purchase the parts to do it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello, I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9 4x4 5spd. I started having a dead pedal and surging issue a few days ago. OBD reader shows low voltage to TPS. I used mikes diagram and made it to step 9 and I had continuity with the PCM and ECM orange and dark blue wire. It’s saying repair short to ground in the orange and blue wire. I checked all of the grounds to the ECM and PCM but I’m not sure where to check for the orange and blue grounding. I would appreciate any help that you guys can offer. I’m not a very good mechanic and no one in my area can even get my truck in the shop until September 15…

Hey guys, while under the hood of my truck, I found this elbow that goes from the airbox into the turbo. It’s cracked pretty good. Any suggestions on a new one to fit my truck and Will this make the truck run bad? 2001 dodge 3500 5.9 24v with 62mm smedin turbo

The guy I bought it from said it has 125hp industrial injectors, 62mm turbo, Afe air intake and 373 gears. I believe the gears are to high compared to my uncles truck. He has 410. I only use this truck for pulling a skid steer. I will have to try and find out the other information. Thx Also, where can I find mikes tow tune? Didn’t see it on the list.

Hey guys, I got the quadzilla and IQuad back on my truck. Smoke has improved but it’s still a little bit much for me. I downloaded a “Jason’s tow tune” but someone mentioned Mike’s tow tune. Is there a difference between the two? I will buy multiple if I need to. Just need to get a little less smoke. I don’t reckon other drivers like it much....

I have known the the guy for years but he did date my sister n law for a few years! 🥴 Previous owner just called me and said he bought the 125hp from industrial injection. He said they were true industrial 125hp. Of course, I have no idea what that means.

I went ahead and payed extra to have the new head Studded. Not really sure how much that helps but it was suggested. I appreciate all of the help. I am asking the guy that I purchased it from what injectors are in it. Maybe he will respond.

Hello guys, I recently purchased a 2001 Dodge 3500 5.9 5spd to pull my equipment. My equipment weighs roughly 15k plus my 25ft dual tandem axle trailer. The guy that had the truck installed a 62mm turbo, 125hp injectors and adrenaline tuner. On level 3, the truck black smokes so bad that I can’t even see my equipment and don’t really build much boost until about 2k rpm. Took it to my mechanic and ended up having a cracked head. Ended up getting a new head, changed the tuner to a edge and still have the same issue with to much smoke and not enough power. Mechanic is suggesting to go with a smaller injector size. Any suggestions? Thanks
