http://www.ktvu.com/news/19501875/detail.html This guy was high on illicit Phencyclidine which is commonly known as PCP (angel dust). In his drug induced delirium he bit out one of his 4 year olds eyes and ate it. He also permanently damaged the child's other eye leaving him blind. The neighbors later found that he had chained himself up, was naked, and in the process of chopping into his own ankle with an axe. Mind you not, all this aggression was caused by a man that needed a wheelchair high on PCP. :confused:

I totally agree here. The axe was of little consequence the man was already disabled, but his actions while under the influence will affect the child for the rest of his life. This poor kid will never be able to see again.
