Sounds like you need a new concrete foreman.

I would not disagree with that. We were on a very tight site. I had pretty firm discussion with him about leaving the truck to back up on his own for that very reason. Even the good drivers need help
Backed a concrete truck on site the other week. My truck was about 100' away and in the way. Walked up to it, got in and by the time I got the key in the switch, BAM. The concrete truck hits me and starts pushing up the road. My concrete foreman is walking along beside me, looks at me then the truck and just keeps on walking. I had tell him to tell that driver to stop. So this is what I got.![IMG_20161003_152420028[1].jpg](https://mopar1973man.com/storage/attachments/monthly_2016_11/5829d82d9db52_IMG_20161003_1524200281.jpg.6d4a745b696e3546353d0ad866765c7d.jpg)
Hit me with the chute. The concrete company sends a couple guys out and they start talking insurance claims and all that. I tell them I can find one for $150 or less almost any where. Anyway They call me the next day and said they me a brown and could not find them a blue on. I tell that is fine, the one there driver hit is red any way, the blue on is vinyl ant way. So three days later the show up with my brown tail gate.
Pretty strange shade of brown I thought. Told them not to worry again, the color did not matter though the blue would have been a plus. Fast forward and now this is what I have.
