Hi everyone sorry for the silly question but I have a 2000 Dodge Cummins auto with 250000 miles I just bought put a exhaust and intake in it . It ran perfect installed a Fass system on it 2 days ago while priming after the first bump the pump kicked in and started it’s cycle check engine light came on ! second time it didn’t cycle and wait to start light didn’t come on tryed a few more times and pump wouldent come on waited a while and wait to start came on and pump came on primes it bled it and started right up but I have a p1689 code it starts right up and throttle response is good I haven’t driven it yet but should I clear code and hope for best or is it prob gonna have a issue ? Thank you for your time
