Has new reman vp44 from Thoroughbred diesel & new crank sensor. Cleaned all grounds, installed a clear fuel line to ip to verify no air. 1. Does the WTS light illuminate when key is cycled ?

2. Look into any possible air leaks (fuel may not be present at leak), drawing air in when cranking...it happens alot.

What is fuel psi when cranking ?

T-Bred pumps tend to have issues and also have issues with the warranty being voided easy. I'm not sure where they get pumps from if they are a certified Bosch rebuilder or not. If you opt for warranty and return that pump make sure to get photos of the pump and document all numbers so you can challenge them on your pump warranty.

I normally suggest either Vulcan Performance or Diesel Auto Power for VP44 pumps. I know both sell Industrial Injection pump which is a certified Bosch rebuilder. Then Diesel Auto Power sells Midwest Injection pump as well which is also a certified Bosch rebuilder.
