The tilt wheel on my 2004 3500 is no longer working, it’s stuck in the all the way up position. I have watched a couple videos and know it’s the plastic part on the column that is broken. I can’t find the part anywhere? Can anyone shed some light on this?

Have you googled the part number?

Insert a screwdriver up underneath the ignition and push in a spring loaded vidmate pin until you can wiggle the key+ignition out and place to the side. The electronic switch is on the left side of the column and has a couple quick disconnects and a couple screws. Just swap and put it back together.
