2002 Dodge Dakota AC/Heater Fan Issue

Hi all I have a switch that is working but not on high. Also the AC is not blowing cold air.

 

Any suggestions are where to start troubleshooting would be appreciated.

    New blower motor is a must, then replace the blower resistor. As for getting cold air you need be recharged.
