Just finished installing the Fass 165, tried to prime it but the pump doesn’t have power. I unplugged it from the Fass and tested it and I’m getting 0volts. The relay is getting 12V from one of the plugs. Has anyone had a problem with Fass wiring before?

Double check the stock lift pump lead for power. Old stock pump have been known to fry the ECM driver circuit for the lift pump. 

 

You are most likely seeing 12V for the power lead hooked to the battery. It is required to get the lift pump circuit from the ECM to turn on the relay and power the pump.

 

Are you seeing your Wait To Start at key on?

So I’d just first check stock lift pump for power cuz everything else has power except the aftermarket. Fass lift pump harness is getting zero volts to the power wire at the relay. The stock lift pump in the tank is plugged back in aswell. Would I need to unplug that?

And yea I still see the wait to start light, would it help to disconnect my old intake pump wiring
