Are there any long term effects of using Bio fuel in my 99 24 valve?

VP longevity and no need to add anything for lubricity.....

I've been running B20 in my rig and the engine seems much quieter but I lost 1.0+ mpg vs either straight diesel with/without additive. I'll gladly take the quieter ride!
