Coming into Rainier this morning the truck wouldn't idle down and I was heading for Castle Rock and then the truck hiccuped and backfired at exit 46 so I turned around to head home and now it went into complete limp mode only partial throttle and then now no throttle and the code is saying ECM failure. I disconnected my adrenaline and tried running the truck and it has the same code and it still has no throttle. Now I'm stuck by tractor supply in kelso waiting for AAA to take me home. I just had a local shop in Scappoose install a rebuilt engine about 500 miles ago and I'm sure there's is a total coincidence that this is happening now but it's just one thing after another with these old trucks. I usually do all my own work and I have had a computer go bad before and it was a horrible ordeal with the dealership trying to get one reflashed because they kept trying to reflash from my broken computer and screwing up the new blank computer.
