Does the speedometer in a 1993 Gen 1 w/ manual trans have a cable or a "sensor". Every now and then [ twice in the last two weeks ] my speedometer quits working for a short time.... a mile or so ....... and then it just starts working again. Any Ideas ?????

I got a buddy "Taz" that's got the same issue... His does it for 10-15 miles... Then comes back... :confused: It's electronic and controlled by the PCM in the fender.
