I know the procedure for the proper way to fold and store the "Stars and Stripes". Is it the same for the flags that fly "under" the "Stars and Stripes"??? Thanks Russ!!

The official ceremonial trianglular folding of the flag only applies to the Stars & Stripes. I don't know of any prescribed folding for any other flag but I've only seen them folded rectangularily... like a bed sheet.
