what is the fix ,my truck as the same code

This is cause by a lift pump with open or short windings... Basically the pump is either drawing too much amps or not enough because of internal problems so the answer to your error code is to replace the lift pump.

your right when I was testing the fuel system,the transfer pump would seize up at time the vp44 must of struggled,once I replace the pump I'll erase the code and see what happens,thanks man!
