High Idle Fooler

Ok it’s getting to be that time of the year again (COLD) and It won't be long before it's snowing and blowing. So…………. can someone fill me in. Apparently Prowelder has 2 versions of the High Idle Fooler. The Original High Idle Fooler and now the High Idle/MPG Fooler. What’s the difference?
