Hi guys i just joined the site and its great. I just bought 1999 3500 and im having a problem with the heads lights not going on. i checked the fuses and the wires to the lights. All the other lights work on the truck. i need help

Ok... A few basic things to look at... Check the bulbs and make sure there hooked up and not blown out. Yes it rare but I've seen reports of people blowing out both sides at the same time (or close to the same time). Then check for propler voltage and ground at the plugs. Then back track to the multifunction switch and check the wiring at the switch. It might be a bad multifunction switch or a bad head light switch.
