I have a 99 2500 4x4 with a quadzilla tuner and air dog. Today on my way to work my cruise just stopped working, my air bag light came on and it spitted and stuttered a little. When I went to leave work I bumped the key to engage the pump and no pump and no start. I have always had to wait for the wait to start light to go out before starting and always had a hard start. But this just has me puzzled. Could this be my ECM or is it somewhere else?

First, I would check for codes. Second, Our trucks are famous to do weird things when batteries are low on a charge and grounds are not that good. Check this area. Third, to help us diagnose your problem, what is your FP? You might also disconnect your Quadzilla and take the programmer out of the equation. Also, fill your signature out for future reference. ^^^ Good advice^^^^^Low batteries, bad grounds, hopefully you will get lucky and find something simple. Let us know what codes if any you pull up. Is your truck not starting at all now?

It will not run on its own without a little help. By that I mean I took and directly wired up the lift pump so it would power up and it started up and ran but VERY rough. Transmission would not shift out. Fuel pressure was 17 idle 12 wot.
