We all know the APPS adjustments and ECM calibration. This results in the ECM 'seeing' 0-100% of throttle, uh, opening. Now my cheap code reader shows the ECM at 0-100%. Cool. The PCM shows 23-88%. Sooo, if the PCM is controlling the auto trans shifting, OD, TQ lockup, etc. What do we do with the PCM throttle %?Note that my truck shifts fine. Just curious. ___99 QCLB Sport 4x4HD, Auto. 250k, No add-ons.

Nothing. You can't adjust the APPS sensor for the PCM. Also you should never adjust using the PCM voltage this will absolutely cause problems for the ECM then being the IVS (Idle validation switches) in the APPS sensor will be in the wrong mode. http://articles.mopar1973man.com/2nd-generation-24v-dodge-cummins/26-engine-systems/37-apps-sensor-voltage-adjustment
