I've got the fooler into the dash and all put back together. Wires coiled under steering wheel. The hole I want to go through, the connectors won't fit through. I've got my fuel pressure line already going through it. It would simplify my life greatly to cut off all 4 connectors, thread it through the firewall and then reconnect the connectors. Do you see any problems with that? How tight are the wire length? Will this cause additional resistence in the wires and mess with the operation of the fooler?

As long as they connect back to the same wire then you are good to go.  Spliced connections don't add any resistance if done right.  Soldering is best, crimping is OK.  Just make sure to weatherproof it (solder and shrink wrap) as that is what will cause resistance issues if they get corroded.

If you cut the harness, you will void my warranty. Look at the bulkhead connector for the main harness. To the sides of it, there is like a baffle. You can cut through easily & PUSH 1 connector through at a time.

If you need more help, PM me for a phone number.

So that grey thing that the big harness goes through is just a bit higher than the one i was going to go through. Just slice that with a razor and push through sounds pretty easy. Woukdnt want to void the lifetime warrenty.
