is it possible to remove the sending unit without removing the fuel tank?I want to see how much of a job it is to increase the fuel suction lines.

    Return line should be fine factory sized. It's just the supply line that is not big enough.       That is a option for most pavement queens. I would just check with local laws ans see if there is

    Apart from the fuel line, I think you would have a hard time damaging this thing. I will admit though that I have not checked the laws concerning where fuel needs to be drawn from. My truck doesnt see

The frame is 1 1/2" angle by 3/16"  it's pretty heavy duty once bolted to the floor it's pretty solid my tool box sits almost on top.The frame can be bolted through the cross member for added support if required.

for the fuel level I'm picking up 20 0hms (empty) & 120 ohms(full) is that normal,here's pics

The last pic is my suction hose 1'2" PVC good for diesel fuel.

Thanks for the measurements. I may actually try this sometime when I don't have anything else to do. Really like the idea

Yep it's a done deal easy access if any problems and I also installed a SS ball valve if I need to do any mods.
