after engine warms up. getting 1693

Ok. I cleared and started it up. Let idle 800 rpm. ran for about 20min fine. I watched scanner temp gauge.... when it got to 153 it cut out once very quickly.5 more min  cut out again 156 and again.when it got to 162 it started to miss rapidly almost died and came back.another min and it died....Got the same codes again.stored 1690/pending 1690 /    mil / on /freeze frame 1690
