  1. Yea the brake specific u post was .363 I did that and hp was around 200 max hard as I could get on it.. higher the number worst it got lower was best at around .250 I was close to my number around 500-550 I should be at on dyno there abouts.. efficency I have at 63% moved it up down all around the instant mpg was stupid high
  2. So on the brake specific what should it be for the hp to around close i had to lower it.. and ghe instant mpg I've messed with it a bunch and shows when cruising at 65 flat anybweres from 40-80 mpg .. I've put it @ 20% all way to 100% nothing changed it
  3. Been messing with link lx odb adapter .. seem to like it just can figure out the setting for the fuel mpg .. and the brake specific had to move it down to like 250 from 393 factory is to make it close to my hp rating.. and instant mpg are like 40-50 mpg which we all no isn't true I baby it I might get 17.5 mpg .. anyone have advice on fine tuning these display Screen_Recording_20250114_102928.mp4
  4. What app u using on phone? Moparman
  5. Drove today almost 300 miles truck ran perfect no stuttering ..no apps codes perfect so think we got her back to normal getting close to 200k miles this 1st problem ever had out of it .. 1 alternator and 1 set of battery's and 1 water pump 💪
  6. Will do making a close to 300 mile trip tommorow
  7. I did that left battery's unhooked over nite didn't change nothing still showing same thing 12% Tractor man ..rpm idles perfect 800 rpm +- 2 or 3 rpm .. yes it goes from 0-100% and fellows i think that one that reads zero is the correct one because I just went to check that and started truck and boom 15 seconds she started climbing to 1200 rpms high idle kicked in.. if wasn't reading zero she wouldn't high idle .. thank goodness sounds like the mt mod might have got me back going
  8. Yessir i did look i have no idea what the 2 different ones are on the tps readings .. other scanner shows 12.2 also.. got another one ill be get to Monday and better I'll see what it shows and next weekend I will check the groind to apps
  9. I set it to exactly like timbos instructions said bolt to bell crank .. set meter on it and turn idle screw in till voltage moves and then back off 1/2 turn or until voltage returns so I guess he is wrong?
  10. Was voltage high for tps sensor.. also my little scanner has 2 absolute trottle percentages 1 says 0... other says 12% but when inhit trottle they both go up .. inreset the apps timbo again the set screw bottoms out and the sensor barely moves 1% so screw is all the way in to set the sensor to correct settings I have not done the testing grounds yet .. i assume just ohm them out make sure they are correct from ecm to the pins on the apps plug?
  11. Okie i did the m-t mod tonight ran a 2 gauge wire to alternator rants the ground to the side of crank case cover by vp44 and ran a ground to it pretty simple job added a 150 amp fuse on the postive battery at the passenger side.. checked the tps% same as was before i got to my better scanner had codes for apps sensor high voltage.. but i set it till it reved up then back it off but as I said I had to turn screw in almost all the way to make it early idle up.. stock sensor reads lower but still around 6-8% not 13% like the timbo.. i did the pedal reset like timbo says.. didn't change anything.. so I have the battery cables unplugged and after doing all this no codes stored also i didn't have a check engine light they was just in there on scanner.. so I will put battery cables back on tommorow and see if that does anything to help it if not idk what todo next
  12. Oh i was going by the old post by moparman that said to disconnect them 🤷
  13. Okie ill look at my other meter at the house when i get home tommorow and see what it reads if not ill get my pops he has a fluke or 3. Also the 140 amp and the field lead need diconnected while running to test ?
  14. Here's is the test results and pictures.. with truck running field lead and 140 amp disconnected everything off in the truck idling it read 000 nothing didn't get feed back till I plugged up the field lead.. same reading if was on 500 was same just 046 & 027
  15. meter doesn't say if its mv or volts just says 200 or 500 also I didn't disconnect the 140 amp fuse or the field wires so iam have to retest this and get the correct numbers
  16. just for testing purposes i checked the noise on the alternator .. volt meter i keep in truck is not the best but works.. turned to acv only 2 settings was 200 or 500 i set on 500 also had a hv out beside it and it read 035 had heater on wide open and had the radio on also so iam assuming got quiet a bit of noise coming thru them wires on the front of the motor
  17. sounds good looking like about 7-10 inch of snow friday so if i can make it home befor then iam going to try and diagnose this do the wt mod 1st then if still exist will continue forward.. trying to get the 0% trottle to make my high idle kick on it worked last year but now this year want with percenatge to high
  18. yea i will check them again idk why anything would change though and why the timbo is 12% higher whats got me racking my brain.. on or off the bellcrank but the factory lowest i got it on bell crank was 5% and had it throwing low voltage code when i set it to that check restitance you mean ohm the wires out or check for voltage? do you happen to know what voltage for each of the wires should be with key on not running ?
  19. no trouble codes what so ever even the factory apps didnt give me none.. just cant figure out why reading so high throttle % and also cant get the IAT to read on the obd2 scanner using a different scanner my other one use to read it waiting for my new one to come in now i know will read it.. yea iam try saturday to go thru all the grounds and do the w-t mod been reading up on it looks like a fairly easy task to do.. just didnt understand once i hooked the factory apps up and no on the bell crank read 1.6% but the timbo read 13% thats a big differnce i drove with the timbo on this morning and seems fine no codes and set properly
  20. id be interested in one also
  21. 2001 ram 3500.. edge comp/smarty .. So been having a problem with a stutter under throttle .. 3/4 ish throttle.. I re adjusted the factory made no difference and tps% was reading 8% at idle 77% wide open .. I ordered a timbo which I think is a rip off but anyways.. installed it now it want read below 13% throttle at idle .. I removed it from bell crank to make sure and still 13%.. so I installed it and when I did the adjustment procedure.. I had to move the idle screw in all way to the bottom to get it to move and now my throttle is around 1/2 way.. yes its int the range it called for 580-700 its at .666 and I moved till it voltage came up and then turned back to volts went back.. throttle feels good and stutter done seem as bad but not with idle at 13% CANT get my high to kick on because of it .also remove factory from bell crank and throttle read 1.6% but when goes on bell crank was 8%..also I can not get my obd reader pickup anything for the iat sensor just says n/a and checked connections all are good
