Well good news everyone i stripped the injector to get the number for DAP cleaned reassembled no miss fire at all now!

8DAP are saying they do not do a 60hp injector only a 50 or 75 so im abit stuck on getting a single injector

I may strip it again next week i suspect injector too as that is all i moved and fault followed hopefully it will fix itself ?? i can get that injector out without stripping anything really now so i will take it out and clean it at some point tthis is my truck

I totally understand youve been spot on through out selling them etc.. i will run it as a few forumssay they have sorted themselves out after some use.. if it doesnt clear over the next month or so i will pull it and strip it

My thoughts to.. im going to have to run it for time being as going away for work will this do any harm??

Swapped the injector to no 1 cylinder and yeah it seems to not fire at idke as the engine not does not change when cracked off.. im going to clean it and see if i can find the issue

Well done it all again and found no 4 injector not firing. So going to swap it out with number 1 and go from there

I will just strip it all out again tomorrow and re do it all.. so put the injectors in then cross overs then tighten the hold downs and do up the HP lines??

I would then have to strip the the apps intake and vp nuts as will wont i??

@Mopar1973Man i will loosen the 19s off completely and try lift the injectors slightly to re seat them.. its odd do you think it could be cross overs?? Its only a very slight vibration not even a miss then if i pick the revs up to 1k 1050 it vibrates a bit more then its smooth all the way through

I will pull the rocker off tomorrow and back the lines and injectors off. Or should i remove the hp lines all together??

I fittedthe injector and tightened down to spec and pushed the cross over tube in they all seemed to pop back in

Fitted my 60hp injectors today and now have a slight 'miss' at idle truck pulls hard still no issues higher in the rpm range just a vibration in the cab at idle. Any ideas??

@Stormin08 its been on this truck for years but got some 60hp sticks waiting to go in.. ive noticed it boosts more with the elbow and the fooler makes its smoke slightly more when getting on boost.. but the SC i find is good for what i want. When my new gauges arrive i will fit the sticks hopefully there is a nice improvement

@Stormin08 hmm i guess i will verify when i get some gauges. As from what i found online it says they dont boost fool. So i could just take the fooler off and leave the elbow??

It does but i hate having to pay the taxes on it ?

Ive got 60s waiting to go in but going to fit my pyro and boost before they go in.. man i want a quad bad but i will have 27% import duty on it when it gets to the uk ?

@Dieselfuture nice one.. yeah i dont want to hurt nothing.. i dont know if the superchips 3705 is just timing or with fueling etc.. i will fit it up even if it gains a couple of pounds every little helps ??

It doesn't unfortunately but either way that shouldnt affect the operation as the wastegate will still open at factory set 20psi shouldnt it?? The elbow is what would physically up the boost the fooler just stops the truck throwing a code and defueling

I do have a gauge and a air dog 150.. am i likely to see any improvement in performance running these without the extra fueling

Hi everyone, got my injectors thanks to @Dieselfuture.. but havent got time to fit them till next week when i get back from my 600 mile trip. i was going to put my boost elbow and fooler on tonight is there any point ?? Currently got a superchips tuner on and BHAF... the elbow comes pre set to 30psi. I havent got any gauges installed yet but they have been ordered. Any advice??
