Thanks for the input with Auto Computer Specialist. I had a ECM installed 10 years ago. The truck has drove me out to Idaho and back to Georgia. I had it parked for the winter and was not using it that much. After a couple 32 below days it started and idled around 2000 rpm. I replaced the APP with a TIIMBO APP , disconnect the batteries and it did the same thing with the surging and high idle as if it was not reading the APPS. This is similar to what happen 10 years ago. The only codes thus far is P0622,P0122,P1693. I will send the computer to Auto Computer Specialist.
