I had a great trip and time with IBMobile and his grandson Ethan who is such a well mannered, new graduate from high school. It was a pleasure to go hiking and metal detecting with him, while IBMobile... all he wants to do is go fishing and drink coffee. LOL!

Anyhow, after about a week there I lit out a couple days early to meet Tractorman at a nice uncrowded quiet campground in NE Cali. It was cool getting a ride in his truck in the morning going for breakfast the 7 miles down the mountains into town. I tell ya, he's done some interest mods that many haven't heard about and need to see. Anyway, this strictly cattle ranching town had this very nice cafe that offered pure enjoyment. We sat by a nice wood stove (it was cold that morning), was uncrowded, nicely done cowboy style cafe. Everyone in that place was nice and spoke like a real human being. We had a surprisingly great start to our visit in that small town. Later we went on an interesting hike that offered some great views and had beer around a nice fire when we got back.

Later we talked we mostly talked about fluid pressure related to the VP44 . It was interesting and because of his background on fluid pressure/ volume, has prompted me to begin to think a bit differently about our set ups and what the VP44 really needs... might be a touchy subject with some but, was a great discussion. After two cold nights we where ready to head home and meet up next year after having such a fun camping visit.
