Has anyone changed out a CCV filter? My overhead console keeps saying service required see dealer now. Had them check when truck was at performance shop and they said that the code relates to that filter. I have one ordered from cummins and it should be here Thursday. Is it hard to change? How often to change? Hopefully not often at $80 a filter plus shipping.

If i remember right its under the bat wing. Only a couple of bolts hold it on

Its located under the decorative valve cover and easy to swap.

I was surprised at the cost,over $100 out here in PA.
