Think we had a little wind last night... Came home last night from spending the afternoon with friends, turned around the corner and saw the majority of the fence was

on the ground    Dogs were Very good though, as always stayed in the yard  ... It was minor damage compared to others and I am very grateful  

 

Called the landlord and he promptly brought over 4x4's and helped me put up the first 2 20' sections but then he had to split. So while waiting for  one of my bestest buddies "Floyd Lloyd Manual Labor" (as I like to call him)

, I dropped most of the 4x4's and saw that my neighbor had large limb across her driveway, So, since I already had my chain saw out I decided I would chop it up and stack it off to the side for her so she could drive in her carport when she got home

Usually a fence starts to go sections at a time, not the whole thing like that.

Looks like you got a good neighborhood, good neighbors too.

It is a really good neighborhood!! My buddy Lloyd used to be my neighbor about 9 years ago but he and his girlfriend moved up closer to Brooksville... A lot of people in the neighborhood and other places local had

storm damage as well. The neighbor next door lost 2 big trees, the one across the street lost the big limbs, my friend around the corner lost a tree and a lot of limbs off other trees in her yard as well. But as far as I know, no major damage and for that we are all thankful!!!

Makes for a great place to live when it's like that . I find it real interesting that areas with a HOA are often uptight places and can be unpleasant.

I will never live in another HOA (not unless I write the rules  ) again... They are a complete PITA!!!
