Green chili, Arizona style.

Pork roast, or sholder or beef, elk, deer, what ever really.

Pork Shoulder

2 big cans of whole green chilies

1 small can of diced green chilies

Half of an onion chopped

2 – 4 garlic cloves diced

Jalapenos ( I use the ones in a glass jar.)

Water

Salt and pepper

Cornstarch

In slow cooker, place pork shoulder, whole green chilies, diced green chilies, chopped up onion, garlic, a couple of spoons of jalapeños (to taste), salt and pepper to taste. Poor a little bit of water in just to keep it from drying out. Set crock pot on 10 hour setting. When done cooking shred pork with fork while still in crock pot, add cornstarch until desired consistency.
