I think you loosen it clockwise Boss. It's an inch and 7/16ths will work.   So if the engine spins clockwise standing at the front it's always tightening when engine running. So to loosen you spin the nut clockwise also to get it off.

That would tell me reverse since the pulley spins clockwise. Now all I need is a wrench. Seems I left the one I have at work.

The direction the engine turns is threaded to always tighten up so it's going to go loose if you could turn the engine the wrong way. IF this helps at all it's a mystery   More I think about it.... you loosen it the same direction the engine runs.

Which way is the nut threaded, righty tighty lefty loosey or the reverse? About to take mine off and dont want to drive myself crazy, I know its on there good. I have plenty access.

What is your fuel pressure at idle? Also what does the fuel pressure gauge do when you run up the rpms? Does the pressure drop significant? What lift pump do you have? Are screens in the tank clean/ cleared of debri?   My 01 had some junk blocking the fuel at the screen inside the tank right where the draw was. I removed the screens and put on a 30 micron primary filter before the lift pump. New Lift pump (Raptor 150) had a small screen inside the intake side and also removed that. Just want all clogs to go in a filter not elsewhere.
