What did you do to resupport the bed frame that is cut? Specifically the passenger side frame... I had to make a front to rear support for that.

The frame is 1 1/2" angle by 3/16"  it's pretty heavy duty once bolted to the floor it's pretty solid my tool box sits almost on top.The frame can be bolted through the cross member for added support if required.

for the fuel level I'm picking up 20 0hms (empty) & 120 ohms(full) is that normal,here's pics

Wondering if you have distance from front and side of bed so can more easily locate opening
