April 20, 201015 yr Whats all involved in changing the fuel pressure setting on the Airdog I FP-150 Putting a washer or two with a hole in it behind the spring on the pressure relief valve to increase the pressure. The hole is to let the fuel through.
April 20, 201015 yr Owner Yeap... 1. Shim the spring.2. Get a different spring.3. Or stretch it out (not suggested) You might notice the problem I see every year or so the plastic check ball wedges down into the coil of the spring reducing the pressure. Just pull the spring back out of the coil and re-install and usually you'll see a 1-2 PSI gain.
April 26, 201015 yr Owner Where would I be able to get a spring to change the fuel pressure? Contact pureflow directly and ask them... http://mopar.mopar1973man.com/cummins/manufacture/manufacture.htm
