My 2001 truck is currently in "temp storage" on my side yard.  I've been starting it once a month for last couple years.  During the month it sits, the OEM alarm is on and what ever else slowly drains the batteries.  Last month I pumped out 2 year old fuel and put in new fuel with a shot of biocide.

Thinking I should disconnect batteries or install a battery disconnect.  Maybe I could just pull a fuse to stop batteries from draining.  If pulling a fuse is good idea which fuse or fuses should I pull?

Any other things I might consider?

Super simple. IOD fuse. (Ignition Off Draw) this fuse has a yellow pull collar that pulls the fuse out of the socket but keeps it from being lost. Pull that fuse out and all the draw should be gone unless you have stuff tied directly to the battery accessory wise that may continue to draw. You could put a circuit breaker on the main power lead to the PDC and then just hit the trip button and the entire truck would be disconnected.
