Smarty speed limiter does work

It's set at 85.

Was going to set cruise at 90 pedal is completely dead. It will accelerate passed 85 then pedal dies

 

I do have my seatbelt on.

    Yup...it just falls on its face as soon as you pass the magic number.  I used to have mine set at 90 to keep me from going to jail but I found myself frustrated on more than one occasion so I removed

Yup...it just falls on its face as soon as you pass the magic number.  I used to have mine set at 90 to keep me from going to jail but I found myself frustrated on more than one occasion so I removed it.  I got to thinkin...life is short and I've never been to jail before.  So I'll just call it a bucket list item...if they ever catch me.

    Passing I can step out in the hammer lane walk way passed 85 and coast around cars. That's why I thought it didn't work
