12 valve dually That's a little rough but in really nice shape with 123,000 mi on it. It needs a new cab front fenders and fuel tank straps. I'm just trying to figure out what the value of the truck would be roughly and how much I should pay.

 it's all about what you're willing to pay and what it's worth to you, what are your plans for it. Best I could say is look around and see what they sell for in good running condition in the shape that you would prefer, then figure in your time material. Sometimes it's easier and more practical to pay a little more and get what you need, and not waste as much time and money fixing it. 

It's really not an easy question to answer.
