So i had to disconnect my batteries today because I had to pull the passenger side airbag to work on the heater. I disconnected both positive cables, and unplugged the Quadzilla. When I hooked everything back up, I plugged in the Quadzilla last. Now where the power level is, the bar is black and it's showing zero.

Please tell me I didn't fry my module again.

Cycle the ignition key again and reboot the mobile device and the iQuad. It should come back up typically. If not you might have to check the tune settings on the Quadzilla.

Also if the battery is disconnected the level is default to ZERO. Just need to warm up completely and adjust after warm-up mode is cleared.

Usually it shows the green bar when it's zeroed out, right?

Usually shows green is warm up mode. The turns red in run mode. But if the level is set for ZERO then it will show a black bar and the Quadzilla is turned off. Double check your setting and tune it could be push back to default tune.
