The bottom oil is thicker, and will last longer based on the TBN. The pour point on the bottom one is a little lower, but that will only effect you if you get that cold. The bottom one is Amsoil PCO, whats the top?

Correct, its the 15w40 semi-synthetic and the top one is Schaeffer 15w40 CJ-4 semi-synthetic. I have been looking for "that perfect oil", since I have nothing better to do until I get back home, and have come accross different brands that looked good. I have 15w40 HD diesel & marine amsoil in my 03 and plan to continue running it but my 98 has 226k and I have been using valvoline PB 15w40 CI-4 but its impossible to find in Texas and I want to try something new. I may just go ahead and get another membership with amsoil again and buy the semi-synthetic for the 98 because im gonna continue to run it in the 03 and I could save on shipping maybe ordering it both from them.

--- Update to the previous post...

I got me a preferred customer account with Amsoil, thanks Bill.

I have never ran the Amsoil semi synthetic, but I always read great things about it... It has crossed my mind to run it and dump it once a year, vs the AME and running for 15K miles... But the AME is working for me, so why change. Its only .90 less a qt.

I thought this thread was gonna be about "real estate"!!!!!!:ahhh::banghead:
