I recently had my turn signal on the left side start blinking fast and so I decided I’d replace both sides, front and rear with the Sylvania LED’s instead of the OEM replacement. And now both sides blink fast. I’ve heard some talk about needing resistors? Not sure how to even come about finding out the specific ones I need or where to find. Make sure your flasher is compatible with LED's. The factory one probably is not. I have LED's in second gen with an after market compatible flasher. 

Here you go the fix... Remember this is 2nd Gen but I've found heavy duty flashers made for LEDs for both my early second gen and my later seconds gen.
