WOT upon starting

Any help appreciated.  1999 24v air dog lift, timbo apps, edge comp box.

Start the engine and it runs up to full throttle without pushing the pedal. Is this an ECM issue? No codes thrown, thottle cable intact. I'm at a loss here.

    Basically the ECM is shot and will require to be pull and tested and repaired.    The articles above are to prevent future failures or testing for conditions that might cause a failure. Sine

Okay, I assume it can be tested on the truck. no need to pull and ship across country.

Not really... The dealer can only put the DRBIII tool on it and see if there is codes. As for true testing yes you need to pick a rebuilder and have it sent in to verify the ECM isn't physically damaged internally. The dealer won't verify the internals at all being they have zero means to do any electrical rebuilding.
