Oil Pressure and Crankcase Vent

If the crankcase vent was clogged or had a partial blockage would/could it cause higher oil pressure?

    No. It could have high crank case pressure with possible oil leaks from seals.

    If the crankcase vent is plugged up typically it will blow out the tappet gasket. No. It will not change oil pressure because of crankcase vent condition.

No.
