I just started having issues with the delay on the wipers. Sometimes the wiper will cycle fine, then other times it will wipe three times consecutively. At other times nothing will happen until i turn the wiper control all the way to no delay. Where do I start looking?

Central Timer under the dash runs the wiper delay... There is a relay or something inside that module... At least on my Mom's 96 I here it click every time.
