I learned on Internet Explorer. With my MS it takes forever to learn a new system... so I HATE making changes. I'm running Windows 7 & my IE has all the automatic updates. But IE just seems to hang up very often, forcing me to close IE & start over. My latest, somethings just won't work... trying to make an online purchase that just won't go through on IE. Recommendations on another browser that works easily?

I've been using FireFox 17.0 (Ubuntu 12.04). No issues here Rarely hang and very secure.

Using a few plugins..

[*]Click and Clean

[*]Better Privacy

[*]Ad Block Plus

[*]No Script

You also got to remember FireFox for Windows is different than FireFox for Ubuntu.

Even surfing to other site like CumminsForum with all it ad banners and such are all blocked up. no nagging popup ads either.

Now I know ISX is a Opera Fan.

I'll make a video for you Russ, give me an hour (might be long, take a while to upload).

Eh, video's gonna take forever. Basically my 1st choice for you is chrome, 2nd is firefox. Chrome is completely automatic at everything and seems to be as compatible with everything as firefox is. Firefox has a lot of add on pop ups that drive me nuts so I usually don't even install it on computers. I love opera but I use chrome as a backup since opera is probably the least compatible browser, not much of an issue 95% of the time but some things work better on the other browsers. I'll post the vid when it's done in case you want to see what each one looks like and hear me ramble on about them.
