How many holes are in the stock injectors? I thought the stock ones had 5 and  I just got some BD 40hp injectors part #1040275  and they only have 4 holes in the nozzle   I was under the impression that it would have more holes for better atomization... As I was looking online to see if I could find any specs on the BD injectors I stumbled upon  some injectors on Diesel Power Products... http://www.dieselpowerproducts.com/p-7530-dodge-12-valve-fuel-injectors-9070-hp.aspx more power then the ones I bought and 1/2 the price... Has any one used DPP injectors and if so what where the results?

So did Yabba get the DAP or did you just clean up the old ones? Think I saw a YouTube vid that Mike did that! Did you all subscribe to his channel, great 2nd gen stuff! Should be a prerequisite to our section.

Yabba, I have horses too, also a musician, cool!

I Did go with the DAP.  Ihad seemed to have a bit of an air leak when I drove it today so I loosened everything back up then re tightened... However when re tightening one on the return line banjo bolts it snapped off   so now I really have an air leak. I am assuming that was maybe where I was getting the air leak to begin with... When I originally tightened  them I made sure they were just snug enough and not over tight.

Finally got it to stop leaking!!! DAP sent me a new injector and I installed it yesterday, and no leak from the get go :hyper:  :hyper: :hyper:  :hyper:  :hyper:  Tried with the other injector so many times it was ridiculous... I did have it to only a slow dribble at least and not pouring out  like it was at the beginning.. But now Yabba is ready for his road trip this weekend!! I even got the topper switched over from Scooby to Yabba :thumb1:  He will be my camper this coming week!!! :thumb1:  In the words from one of my friends "Floydfest is five glorious days of incredible music, food, shopping, outdoor adventures and entertainment amenities for all ages, in the guise of a music festival complete with Floydfests' 'tent city', set atop of an 80 acre plateau off the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway near Floyd, VA. www.floydfest.com :thumb1:"
