Does anybody have any instructions on building and installing a suppressor to stop the 4th gear hunting?Thanks Chris

It used to be the common repair for the hunting issue but the better fix that took care of the problem better was the apps ground wire fix. Most who went with the ground wire fix are thoe ones who ran the supressor and it still had issues. Some just did both.:2cents: Dtt has them fairly cheap if I remember correctly

Got any APPS error codes? Battery cables and grounds good? Remember the ECM & APPS ground is behind the starter. To inspect it you must remove the starter... Alternator noise from a bad diode?
