  3. I think I spent more time checking the wiring then it took me to put it in.thats why I stopped at a 20 amp fuse you would think a 15 would hold it . I plan on checking it again when I get off work today. As for a new pump does the fass 150 come with all new fuel lines or does it connect to the stock ones. It doesn't say anything about running new lines in the description

  5. Well dam at least I don't think I messed anything up and that it failed only 2 blocks from my house . This pump is about 3 years old never had problems tell now.do you have any recommendations on what pump I should get next
  6. Yes it was at 15 and slowly falling. Battery is 30. 87 pos raptor. 86 yellow wire off the oem harness 85 grounded on firewall I did ground the negative on the Raptor and never did anything with the ground on the oem plug
  7. Little more advice from you guys got the relay all done not to bad. I had a 15 amp fuse in it blow that after a couple of seconds so I put a 20 amp fuse in poped that one to. Now I smell burnt wires have gone over all my connections multiple times and check the relay to make sure I had it in there right. All my connections are tight and with heat shrink on then. Starting to look like my pump is burned up any advice would be helpful
  8. I just called them and they have a 15 amp or 20 amp relay

  10. I will check the pump screen and put the pump on a relay how do you do that what kind of relay,wire size and just over all how to do it. I am not very good with electrical stuff so make it very simple for me
  11. Ok got it done the strange thing is that with my vm in the oem plug the volts never dropped to zero like it did before stayed at 13.7 after the Heaters where done. Pressure has always been at 19 and now it is at 15 and started to fall got to 12 and a saw Smoke coming from my jumper wire so I shut it off. Jumper wire was 18x2 wire off a old lamp

  13. It's getting cold up here and I can't keep the pump running long enough for the heaters to quit running
  14. So something is telling the pump to turn off?
  15. I don't have deisel leaking I will check the plug for power next Ok did bumping the starter I get 12.3 truck running with heater turning on and off I am between 10.3 and 9 truck runs for 30 seconds checked with a stopwatch and I lose pressure and all volts going to the pump
  16. Yes it plug in the oem plug. what do you mean check for power at the raptor and you saying I should put the pump on it its own power with a switch The pump could be on its way out after all this now I am only see 15 pounds Before this I was seeing 19
  17. When i start the truck I have fuel pressure after about 15 seconds the lift pump shuts off and lose all pressure. I still have the wait to start light coming on i wanted to check the wire out of the ecm for power to the pump but I am not sure which wire it is. Any help would be helpful
  18. It past that test. brakes works fine for a bit after I start the truck but after a could blocks they get very hard and hard to stop

  20. Don't have any idle problems right now only when it starts getting below freezing but been that way for years I will start with the flush as for the rubber parts does that mean taking everything apart or is the another way of checking them
  21. That's what's got me worried even though I live in the middle of know where I was also thinking booster but I have never know anyone with one go bad
  22. Why would I have to disassemble the calipers and wheel cylinders I plan on flushing the fluid out is there a way of checking the master all I can find is how to test the booster
  23. Don't kill me but I have a dodge 1500 318 180k and I am have brake issues. When you go to hit the brakes they are hard as hell and you have to stand on them to get stopped. Kinda looked it over today the rubber under the brake lid was very stretched out I couldn't get it back in so I will have to get a new lid plus the fluid was Black.not sure what to start with but I not going to drive it until I get it figured out. Any help would be greatly appreciated
  24. I couldn't sleep this morning so I went ahead and put the other box in. To my surprise the lights turned off for a mile or so then turned back on. Strange thing is that my brakes are a little softer witch is a good thing they where so dam hard
  25. When I get some time this weekend I might try it to see what happens just getting tired of the dang light on
