Rough week
Started off with finding out my heater core started to leak but the stuff should be at the house sometime within a week. But as of this morning I have know low beams but I do have high beams. So after worked stopped and picked up a new headlight switch from my local junkyard and that didn't fix it. I have checked the fuses and not really sure where to start next.

1/4 inch airbrake line for fuel pressure gauge
I had a 1/4 inch Line on my old 98 and on this 01 I have 1/8ich line and in my experience the 1/4 inch was was easier to get the gauge not to bounce.

Having trouble getting my Scanguage calibrated
It will give the same power as the ez without the wiretap not worth the extra money if your never going to use the pump tap

Took about half a day for me to do the vacuum pump. It's not hard I found a pretty good video on YouTube. Could it be oil?

Fuel pressure gauge saved my bacon.
Had mine down to -20f a month ago with a fass and no fuel heater plus I forgot to plug the truck in. But on a side note I have also poped my fass fuse before it is around 10 below when I did it ran inside to the gas station came out and had zero pressure. Changed the fuse and down the road I went.you have to have a fuel pressure Guage. I get funny looks when I tell ppl that I have a fuel pressure gauges in the truck

transmission tail seal
Thank for the parts list that sure is help full. Little bit of a pain flipping though 470 some pages to find it. It also shows 3 seals so not sure which one to get. Mine shouldn't be hard to get out its already about inch and a half back off.

exhaust woes
Good news is it took about half a hour to get fixed ended up notching out less then a inch on the top of the pipe where the u bolt crushed it. Losses up all the hinger bolts and pushed the whole thing nice and tight. Bad news is my back side of the the transmission is leaking I believe it's called the tail seal.

exhaust woes
I would like to take it to a shop but they are full this weekend. I will take it apart tomorrow and go from there it's the only nice day should be in the 40. After that it's back in the teens for highs. Plus calling for over a foot of snow on Tuesday

exhaust woes
I believe it's bell and spigot with u bolts and the way it looked last night is he pushed it together less then a inch and put the clamp on pasted where they where together and crushed the pipe that's why I was I hoping I could cut the bell back and slide it back over the spigot. But I wasn't sure if that would work or not

exhaust woes
Long story short I was checking on my dad's cattle out in the field and got some really bad wheel hop and the exhaust came apart. Not a big deal I thought but after looking it over the Po who put the 4in exhaust on didn't get one of the pipes together and put the clamp on it egged out the one side and I can't get it back together. my question is can I cut about 1 inch off and put it back together or is this pipe flared on the bell side.
