  1. I always buy the best, most expensive brake pads and shoes that Napa has. I'd much rather change a rotor than have collision. I like having a good firm petal with strong brakes. Normally I get 50k or so out of pads
  2. I'm not really sure what you did. bad caster, Loose Caster however you word it. Camber can cause it as well but unless you have a loose or special adjustable ball joints its static Tires can't cause deathwobble
  3. This could not be more true. People do not understand death wobble. Death wobble is not the truck bouncing after hitting a pot hole. Death wobble is caused by excessive caster. (Think the front wheels on a shopping cart) Death wobble can be caused by #1 a very worn trac bar, bad hubs, bad ball joints. Thats it, i've never seen bad tie rods, or steering box cause death wobble. They can cause a shimmy, bump steer, or wander but not death wobble.
  4. I started using this stuff called PET wire loom. Its more of a braided sleeve
  5. My truck has the 160 pump that is prone to warping barrel/plunger. It is a 1994, It has 225,000 miles on it. So if dumped 2 stroke oil in my truck since new I would have wasted my money. Pretty sure my trucks P-Pump isn't going to blow up tomorrow. My truck has also seen some good hard use since it was new, Its had large, heavy 8ft Fisher snow plow since new. Judging by the conditions of my pick up box and hitch It was probably often overloaded. I bought it off my friend that worked for a tree company, who said he bought it of the original owner, a farmer In upstate Massachusetts. My Snap on guy does a strange "cocktail" of additives in his VP44 equipped ISB engine in his Snap on tool truck since new. His VP44 still took a dump at ~180,000 miles. That's all I know, I can't speak much for the Vp44 trucks because i don't own one
  6. I don't think the cost of adding all that 2 stroke oil will be worth it. Thats like 5$ a tank if you do 1oz/gallon.
  7. Theres no doubt that the mopar equipment is better quality. That being said i still bought spectra/Napa units for my truck.
