Best radiator replacement
I ended up get a CSF brand from Amazon. Works amazing so far!

Headstud install
I know they say timing is what pushes head gaskets out but I don't want to chance it with the slightly bigger turbo.

Headstud install
Thank you! I am gonna go for it.

Headstud install
That makes sense! Thank you! You like the one by one method?

Where at did you place the board? Is there a plug you can take out as well or no?

Headstud install
Going to be putting headstuds in this week coming up. Any advice? Easy way to get the back head bolt out and stud in? Anyone against the one by one method?? Any advice at all is welcome.

Best radiator replacement
Sprung a leak from the plastic part of the radiator yesterday. What's the best replacement? Stock oem? CSF brand? I don't want to spend 800 bucks for mishimoto.

Idle speed

Idle speed
Understood. I bought these in 2020. Maybe 30,000 miles. Should I request higher pop like 320 or just go with 310?

Idle speed
I really thought I would get more life out of these injectors not a lot of miles. I think I'll go with @dieselautopower 7*10 next time. Might try the higher pop pressure too. Guess that's just something I will live with on the low stall that makes sense for sure! Thank you for you help. I knew something was up. I'll keep driving until it drops more.

Idle speed
Engine load was 4-7% ducky 7x.09 maybe 2 years old. Also idk if it's related or not but if I let my truck sit all night and start it the next day it will die when I pull it into gear unless I let it warm up for a while when it's cold outside. I can get around this by starting the truck and immediately putting it into gear. Triple disc torque converter

Idle speed
Drove my truck this morning and just happened to look at the idle speed when I got to work. It was at 822-825. The coolant temp had gotten hot enough to open the tstat. However at the time my temps were showing 180ish. So would this be a reason why it's idling a little higher than normal? Idk why i pay so much attention to my gauges but I guess it's a good and bad thing 😆

Quadzilla showing zero boost
That's super helpful too! This sire's always been a huge help! You have as well!
-
Quadzilla showing zero boost
Yeah that's awesome!

Quadzilla showing zero boost
I had no idea they all all of those features! Guess I could put a temperature sensor in the side of the transmission again. Be nice if we would run two gauges from one sensor but that would have it's own issues

Quadzilla showing zero boost
Thank y'all! Gonna look into some pillar gauges

Quadzilla showing zero boost
Awesome thanks man!! Guessing the boost spike shouldn't have hurt anything still not good
-
Quadzilla showing zero boost
Yeah that's what I'm gonna have to do! It was amazing the power it had tonight compared to the little hy35. Man oh man. Do you still work on tunes?
-
Quadzilla showing zero boost
Thank you. I drove it tonight and got on it a little and the quad showed 20 then spike to 47 then back down. Didn't know if this was accurate or what. Got head studs to do next so I am gonna turn it down and drive it.

Quadzilla showing zero boost
It was the map sensor. This 60/67/12 made a big difference! Man oh man! Next question @Mopar1973Man does the defuel setting in the quadzilla work for the boost pressure limit or will it let the turbo spike up then defuel?

Thank you

Quadzilla showing zero boost
Unhooked the quadzilla and code comes back as soon as I start the truck p0237. Got a new map on the way. It was stuck at 12 a few times before. I hope to get my tune as close to good as yours is. I simply unplugged the quad module and unplugged the quadzilla map and plugged in the stick is that sufficient to test?

Quadzilla showing zero boost
@Mopar1973Man or anyone else, can you help me understand for the future how not unplugging the map sensor while jump starting could effect the quadzilla or map sensor? I had the battery cables disconnected but not the map. Also will unhooking the quadzilla module be sufficient for jumping the next time?
