Truck dies at WOT
I’ve recently noticed that when my truck is at WOT the truck will shut down and I will have to crack a few injector lines and bleed air out of the lines. Has anybody else had this issue? It happened last night after I installed new 275hp injectors and did one hard pull and it shut dow, I pulled over and knew what todo from previous incidents. Is it possible I’m out running my VP44? Or the fass150 titanium can’t keep up?

@Me78569 would I have to upgrade my VP to run with that size injectors and keep the truck reliable? It is my daily driver and tow rig

Hey guys I have a 125s in my truck right now, with compound turbos, I feel like my 125s aren’t quite enough to spool the turbos very well. Turbos are a BWs364sxe and a BWS475. Any help with figuring what size injectors I should go with. Was thinking 200s

Trans cooler lines
Has anybody else had any issue with the female fitting on your trans cooler lines at the front of the truck behind the bumper? I’ve owned my truck for 2.5 years and I’ve probably replaced it 5-6 times. It’s the quick disconnect line it’s keeps leaking out of the fitting

valve springs?
replacing head gasket and thinking about adding upgraded valve springs since the head is off and getting decked. Are there any real gains from upgrading valve springs for my truck? i do not plan to add any more power or performance parts from here on out just figured since I'm here I should do those or not. If i should upgrade them what to and what is all do i need to order todo so?

Tranny rebuild! ??
@Dynamic so we tore it apart today looks like to blew a seal and got a little hot. Do you know what the stock TC and I put shaft looks like or what part numbers are on it? The TC we found in it looks aftermarket, the input shaft looks like a billet shaft and the flex plate is definitely aftermarket

Hey guys looks like I fried my trans this weekend coming back from a great camping trip. I’m looking at rebuilding the transmission with the help of a good friend and certified tech. My question is I’m not sure how much power I’m pushing and how much I should build the trans. I do not plan to add any more power to the truck than what I have now. If any maybe 200hp injectors instead of my 125s. I have been looking at the ATS master overhaul kit or a suncoast category 2 kit. Anybody have info on either of these kits or know of a better kit?

Has anybody used or heard of Black Market Performances head studs? They’re about $150 less and a ARP set and the same tensile strength. Was curious if anybody had used them

Truck dies with hard acceleration
It’s happened since I installed turbo and quadzilla. Yes I have a draw straw with 3/4” lines from Fass to VP. The quadzilla fuel pressure gauge is so spiratic it’s 20 one second then 9 it’s not very consistent so hard to tell even on daily driving. Living in Henderson there’s a lot of small roads to screw around on. Do a burnout and run over a black bag with the baby’s gender color chalk in it. There’s probably 1000 videos online of it. I understand and am very sad to say that. But that is the severity of figuring this problem out.

Truck dies with hard acceleration
Hey guys last month my fiancé and I had a gender reveal for our little girl we are having in August. We thought a burn out in my truck would be a cool idea for revealing the sex of the baby, I did a hand full of practice runs and on the 2nd and 3rd practice runs my truck would die when I got off the gas. I had to crack 3 injectors lines and reprime the fuel lines. Then it fires back up. It also happened when we did the burn out for the gender reveal and also happened when racing a Duramax, it took him quiet a while to catch back up but he also got to tow me home. Any ideas on why I would lose fuel pressure like that? I didn’t think with my upgrades I would out run the stock VP but I’m thinking that is my issue. Considering a HO Extreme VP from XDP.

ABS Module
the response i got was the tech was unable to fix the module, he reflowed it twice and did everything he could to the circuit board. No codes came up and he can't get the motor to kick in while doing the test only manually.

Hey guys so my ABS module is shot, i tried a rebuild company that i found on here called module masters and after them having it for a full 7 days they called me today to tell m they can not fix it and i would have to try and find a used one. Any body have a clue where i can find one? Its for my 99 Ram 2500 Diesel

tranny heat exchanger
@Bullet did you have any shifting issues after removing that exchanger? Didn’t have any shifting issues before and now the truck doesn’t seem to want to shift out of 1st gear. Going to drop the pan and valve body this weekend and see if I can find anything

As i was installing a DPS compound set up on my truck i ran into a problem. The tranny heat exchanger that sits on the driver side of the block is in the way and has to be removed or relocated in order for my big turbo to fit, has anybody removed this or relocated it and how so?! any help is greatly appreciated as i have to figure this out by Friday night!

Problem with doors
Does anybody else have a problem keeping their main doors closed on their truck while driving? When ever I hit a few bumpy patches of road or hop on the freeway my door doesn’t seem to latch all the way and wiggles creating a very noisy and annoying sound in the cab. Especially when driving long distances when I put my hand o the door I can feel it shaking back and forth I’ve replaced weather stripping on both sides of the truck and they still do it. Anybody else have this issue or an idea how to fix it?

blinker sticking
For some reason when i use my blinkers if i leave them on at a stop light they will blink like they are supposed to then they will stick or stay on and stop blinking. I thought maybe a bad bull so i replaced them all and still having the same issue. My dad mentioned possibly the blinker switch on the steering column but i didn't want to tear into incase anybody else has had a similar issue with an easy fix.

Truck died while driving now won’t fire up
Truck displayed no codes. Had a friend with more knowledge than I have and he disconnected the quadzilla and truck fired right up. I plugged the quadzilla back in and now it runs fine

Truck died while driving now won’t fire up
Hey guy last night while on the way home I was fooling around with a duramax and suddenly my trucks engine died and I had to pull over off the highway. Still had power to all lights all my gauges and everything. My fuel PSI went to 0 at that time my pressure sensor is about 6 inches from going into the VP and my fass 150 is less than a year old. Idk how it would fail but I’m not sure what the issue is or what could have caused it. Anybody have an idea? I’ve loosedned injector lines 1-3-5 and have fuel squirting out when trying to fire. Any help would be great especially with the work week starting tomorrow!
