I am assuming the Mike means that it can bleed thru the hole. It is the only way my explanation makes any sense. I know in my case when i replaced the o rings and sealing washer the hard start issue stopped. So there has to be a way for the fuel to drain from the HP side thru the return. My problem was definitely not as bad as what Hex is experiencing.

Hex, any progress with your problem?

When you say sealing Washers are you talking g about the copper washers on end of injectors that seal injector in THE BOTTOM OF INJECTOR BORE???

The trucks been doing pretty good. Although it has not Sat more than a day at a time, so it's hard to tell at the moment if I'm still having the problem.

I have noticed that my fuel pressure has evened out. I replaced the lift pump back in winter and the pressures sucked. Worse than before replacing. I would see a 6psi or more fluctuation.

After bleeding the injectors, pressure has not had as much a swing. I dunno what odds going on...

When I get the chance the truck will be put down and I'm going to tear into it and get things fixed, etc. Maybe I will find out then...
