Location of g-115 ground on my dodge

Newbie here ...How you doing moparman I have a 2005 dodge ram 2500 Cummins it is pulling a p0069 code with the key turn three times .sometimes the check engine comes on and off.. about 45 -50 mph steady speed the rpms goes up about 300 rpms and back down..i did some internet searching and came across a article you wrote about the g-115 ground in can not find it on my truck any ideas where else...thanks Jamie
