Yes, they will.  I picked up this set of 2021 wheels the other day with new 245/70R17 Firestones.  The guy gave me the lug nuts but Dodge changed the threads at some point so I am using my old spiked nuts for now.  I didn't realize how tall these lug nuts were until I put them on these wheels.  This was a test to see if how well a smaller tire will work like Mike has.  So far my cruising EGT's are down about 150-200 degrees.  I'll have to do some more driving later to verify.  I was able to pull flat out run on level 4 up to 85mph and not exceed 1200* and that's with a tune I'm messing with so all bets are off, lol.  I'll roll with these for a little bit while playing with the Quad, if I am satisfied I'll either have these tires swapped onto my Raceline wheels or get another set of the 5 spoke 3rd gen wheels.

Got my 3rd gen wheels mounted with some new rubber so it's back to stock now.  Got my spare tire updated as well since it had more cracks than a plumbers convention.

I just got some OEM Dorman lugnuts.  Part number is 611-162, cost about $3 each, luckily you only need one, I needed 32.

  • Pitch meaning thread pitch. It must have changed in 2010??    They do use the same lug nut cone angle.

When my truck was stock I never noticed an increase in EGT when I was upsizing tires.  I was doing fine with my 33's until I swapped the turbo and injectors and then everything was getting too hot too quick.  The Quad helped and going back to stock tires helped as well.  It also made the truck feel quicker and all around more pleasant to drive again.  I do miss the meaty look of big tires though.

Only way to get back there is change all the gearing to 4.10. Then you can go with bigger tires but you'll still lose because 35 to 37 inch tires are going to be heavy. Rotational mass and then just getting the clearance right to keep from rubbing.

This is why when I hunt for a street race I always look for the big 37 inch tires and take them on. I always win. I'm quicker and have the least amount of loss of power to the road. Bigger tires typically mean to me most amount of loss, typically to high geared (lower than 3.55 ratio), rotational mass is higher, and EGT's become a limit on the other driver. I can power right through.

The ONLY thing big tires are good for is floating on mud or deep snow. That's it!
